We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially considering our limited Japanese language skills. The room exceeded our expectations with its size and beautiful mountain view. The scheduling system for the onsen was convenient, allowing us to easily see if the facilities were available at our desired time. We always enjoyed using the open-air and indoor onsen on our own, providing a peaceful and relaxing experience. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, offering a luxurious feast with a wide range of options including Japanese, grilled, and Western dishes. Additionally, the hotel provided pool tables and ping pong tables, adding extra enjoyment to our stay.
All was good.

Lots of delicious Japanese food options to choose from. the hotel was also located in a convenient area, making it easy to explore the city on foot. the indoor games room was a great addition to the hotel, providing a fun way to spend evenings.
The shuttle service stopped running quite early in the day, forcing us to drag our heavy suitcases across town to the hotel, which was located on a steep slope. the onsens were slightly small and crowded at times, making it difficult to relax fully.

The buffet was fantastic with a good variety of Japanese food. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the town. , the games room was a fun bonus to have.
The shuttle service stopped earlier than we expected which made it difficult for us to transport our belongings. The onsen could have been larger, but we understand that it may be challenging to build bigger ones in certain places.
